Description

**EDIT 2**
I have redone the eyes, the tribal stripes, and the light dot markings. Please tell me what you think.

**EDIT 1**
I now have a step by step tutorial up! [link]
And a video to show the process! [link]

After about 9 hours of work, I am done. And I have never tackled something like this before.

I am extremely proud of this. It was the only thing on my mind until I finished it.

I loved the movie, not the best movie ever made, no. But the technical and art aspect of the movie captivated me. The story was predictable, and you could see everything coming from a mile away, BUT, I still loved it.

This being the first time I have ever done anything to this caliber, I would love feedback, and lots of it. I know this isn't perfect, and I would love to improve for future projects.

This was all just a big personal passion project, and I am very happy with it. I hope you like it too.

I'm Blue da ba dee da ba du da'a da ba dee da ba-oh forget it. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/let…" width="15" height="15" alt=":P" title=":P (Lick)" />

Looking at this piece, I know fully well that it's an na'avi (hey listen!) With regard to the piece's detail and such...I'm impressed. I could easily mistake it for a photgraph of a real person (the lips and cheeks are well developed enough) yet when you look at the eyes do you feel a sense of fantasy about it, an unreal paradox to the mind's connection to what is computerized and what is natural. The white specks on the blue skin in the dark also make for something of a starry night affect that truly is a work of genius.

Final Note: Great design and work, though the sourse of inspiration isn't total original, I will say that the character's facial structure is. Keep at it and you may go far one day. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/n/n…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title="Nod" />
